Your wedding is one of the most important days of your life. You are spending a lot of money to make sure everything is perfect. I want to help you spend your wedding day with the people who matter most to you. With my documentary style, I’m more of a guest at your wedding who just so happens to be a professional photographer, quietly capturing all those little moments throughout the day that help tell the story of your love.
There are tons of great wedding photographers out there, so what sets me apart? First and foremost has to be my laid-back, easy-going nature. My images tend toward the dramatic end of the spectrum, but I think a good photographer should be able to adapt to the couple’s intended look as well as the lighting and location of the day in order to produce stunning images.
I have one standard package I use as a baseline. This is what I consider to be the minimum amount of coverage to properly tell your wedding day story. It includes a complimentary engagement session and up to 8 hours of wedding day coverage (more than enough to get most of the getting ready, the whole ceremony, and the important parts of the reception). The cost is $1,750.
I LOVE elopements and small intimate weddings … truth be told, I vastly prefer them to larger weddings. My elopement package starts at $600 plus travel expenses. This includes 4 hours of coverage as well as a day-before session.
There are so many things for you to worry about on your wedding day, but you shouldn’t have to worry about your photographer. I’m laid back and shoot primarily in a documentary style. What that really means is I prefer minimal formally posed, everyone-line-up-and-smile-at-the-camera type of photos.
I’ve seen weddings that were literally commanded over by the photographer like an officer on a battle field. This is YOUR day, YOUR wedding! I look forward to documenting your special day so your children – and their children after them – can relive the pure joy you felt!
You will spend more time with your photographer on your wedding day than any other vendor, so it’s crucial that we click. I’ve found the best way to figure that out is to sit down and get to know each other. I prefer to do that in person, but if that’s not feasible, we can use Zoom/Facetime or a good old fashioned phone call. This meeting will not only serve as a way to get to know each other but will also serve as a consultation as I get to know what you’re looking for a little better.
Once we’ve figured out we’ll work well together, I’ll send you an official proposal and contract based on our initial meeting. Once you return the signed contract and initial payment, I lock in your wedding date on my calendar.
The first step is to fill out the form below, and I will be in touch ASAP.
