Lexington KY Wedding Photography Portfolio

Here is a collection of some of my favorite wedding images I’ve taken over the years. All are from real weddings, zero styled shoots.

Every image here was made at a real Kentucky wedding. What you're seeing is what actually happened: a mother catching her breath when the doors opened, a groom's shoulders finally dropping when the nerves gave way, the last guests still on the dance floor well past when they said they'd leave.

This is documentary wedding photography. Save for the portraits, I'm not directing scenes or building moments from scratch. I'm finding the ones already unfolding around me. The ones that, 20 years from now, will still make you feel exactly what you felt on that day.

The venues featured here include Warrenwood Manor in Danville, Fasig-Tipton and the Campbell House in Lexington, Springhouse Gardens in Nicholasville, and Liberty Hall in Frankfort, among others. The setting changes. What I'm after doesn't: the truth of your day, exactly as it happened.

Let’s Tell Your Story

The right photographer for you isn't the one with the most impressive gallery — it's the one whose approach feels right for who you are as a couple. If what you see here connects with you, I'd love to talk.

I take on a limited number of weddings each year to ensure every couple gets the kind of artful, personal experience they deserve.
