Choosing a wedding photographer is about more than finding someone who can take good pictures. It’s about finding someone who truly understands how your day feels. I spent 20 years as a military photojournalist learning to find the real story in any room, under any conditions. I bring that same instinct to your wedding day; I’m calm, present, and watching for the moments that tell the truth about who you are.

The truth is MOST people are awkward in front of the camera! That’s why it’s so important to find a photographer you connect with! A lot of posing can look stiff and unnatural, so when necessary, I use gentle direction and prompting to help you feel at ease while looking great and staying true to yourselves.

My goal is to deliver a sneak peek of within 1 week of your wedding and the full gallery within 4 weeks. Photos are delivered through a personal gallery where you can download and share as well as order heirloom-quality prints and even create your own album.

This is a great question, and I encourage all couples to ask to see full wedding albums from any prospective wedding photographer. I’m happy to share full wedding albums during a consultation call.

I require an initial payment and a signed contract to secure your date on my calendar, and I offer flexible payment schedules for the remaining balance.

Nope! About a month before your wedding, I’ll send you a questionnaire with everything I need to know about your wedding plans. Included in that is the only shot list I ask for – the groupings for family photos.

Second photographer ($750) – To be honest, I prefer to photograph most weddings by myself (or with an assistant), but sometimes, it just makes logistical sense to have a second photographer. I can’t be in two places at the same time, so if you want photos of getting ready in two totally different locations or you want lots of detail photos during cocktail hour while we’re out taking photos, a second photographer is the best way to go about it.
I only use professionals that I trust and whose style and approach is similar to my own.
All images are given to me for safekeeping and edited for delivery right along with my own.
Custom-designed wedding album (starting at $650) – Save money by purchasing an heirloom quality 10x10 or 12x12 custom-designed album with your photography package.
